Custom Order Policy *

50% non refundable is required in advanced to hold any order over $250. An order cannot be held without a deposit. All orders under $250 require payment in full. Once the order is confirmed with an invoice, you have 24 hrs to fulfill payment, or the order will be deemed canceled and without guaranteed availability. Should you meet the minimum requirement to reserve your order with a non refundable deposit, we are happy to break up the payments by request. Remaining balance of custom order is due 10 days upon delivery. If a custom order is canceled before submitting the final payment, you can use your non refundable deposit as credit towards a future order placed within 365 days of your requested order date. If the entire invoice has been paid in full, and cancellations are made 10 days before order date, you can request a 50% refund, or 100% store credit. Cancellations made 10 days prior to your order date will result in zero refund, due to preparations, supplies and blocked date for order.
