Cancellation Policy for Private Classes:

50% nonrefundable deposit is required in advanced to hold any date. A date cannot be confirmed without a deposit. If a Private Lesson is canceled before submitting the final payment, your deposit is lost, as preparations, supplies, and date have been blocked for said order. Remaining balance is due 14 days upon Lesson. If the invoice has been paid in full, and cancellations are made 14 days before Lesson, you can request a 50% refund or 100% credit to use towards a future Lesson, or custom order, scheduled within 180 days of original Lesson date. Cancellations made 14 days prior to your Lesson date will result in zero refund, due to preparations, supplies and blocked date for order.

If you purchased a Private Lesson through our portal, all sales are final and Lesson must be redeemed by scheduling a date and time with instructor. Purchaser must schedule a lesson within 180 days of purchase. The Purchaser's requested date for lesson must be available in order to redeem. Available dates are booked upon first come, first serve basis. If your Private Lesson has not been scheduled within 180 days, your lesson has expired and cannot be redeemed or transferred. Please allow yourself and the instructor enough time to schedule a date suitable for both parties.

 *notes from Jasmin:I recommend booking on the higher end of your expected account, as we can always alter count before final payment is due. I do not offer refunds as the classes are customized specifically for groups, with inventory purchased for said event. In my experience with large groups, it’s very possible some people may not be able to attend last minute. If not all of your guest can attend, any extra kits can be taken home.
